Weymouth UK: Jubilee Clock, Esplanade, Weymouth
 The Jubilee Clock is Weymouth's most famous landmark. It commemorates fifty years of the reign of Queen Victoria and was erected in 1887. It can be found on the end of King Street on Weymouth Esplanade now, but was originally positioned on a stone plinth on the beach. In the 1920s the Esplanade was built to protect the sands from the advancing shingle, coming from the east of the beach.This is the place to be on New Years Eve at Weymouth!
